While Erin loves teaching yoga, pilates and barre, has for over 12 years, she is so much more. She has spent years studying the body (Bachelor of Exercise Science, Naturopathy studies) and ways to optimise movement. Erin is constantly adding skills to her repertoire with other movement modalities. She has the heart of a yogi and the mind of a scientist with a deep and growing understanding of the body and how it moves. Erin's goal is for every student to feel fantastic in their own body and mind; whether through yoga, pilates, functional range conditioning, fascial release, dynamic neuromuscular stabilisation, or more likely a combination of all! Let there be ease and range in the body and you will have a far better chance of finding it in the mind, and life, too.
